I never thought I'd say this but I actually look forward to working out now and it's all thanks to tennis.
A few months ago, I was tired of being a couch potato! I knew I had to move more. My usual travel-exercise wasn't has frequent as before (cash app me 馃ゲ)
I needed something different, something fun-and randomly, I decided to try tennis.
Spoiler: it changed everything.
At first, I was just hitting the ball around, chasing it more than anything. But even in those messy early days, I noticed something - my heart was racing, I was sweating a lot and I was genuinely having fun. And after each session, I felt strong, clear-headed and honestly, a little proud of myself 馃榿
What surprised me most? How tennis gives you a full-body workout without it feeling like "exercise".
But the best part? It's social. I've met amazing women who were also looking for something different. We cheer each other on, we laugh at our missed shots and we celebrate the wins - fitness has never felt this empowering.
