I was chilling with this my guy and some other guy playing FIFA. He was waiting for his turn.

"Wait! What? This bae is getting married? No way!"

"Which bae?" I paused to ask.

"'This' bae now!" he said, turning his phone to me.

"Yes now! She is O. I'm so happy for her, mehn. They are so perfect together."

"WOW!" my friend said.

I wanted to ask why he said wow, but FIFA wouldn't let me be. So, I completely forgot about it.


It all came back to me. Wait! Is this why this guy was shouting "wow" the other day?

I had so many questions. But out of curiosity, and for the purpose of information gathering, I watched the video again.

My friend and this lady—not sure if they were completely naked, but they were naked. Kissing each other and telling each other how much they've missed each other.

I patiently waited for my friend to get back. But when the ashawo was taking long, I sent him a message:

"Guy, one babe dey your room, she’s going through your laptop."


Two minutes later, my guy was back at his house. He called me immediately, panting.

"Guy, I can't see anybody. What does she look like?"

I laughed. "Guy, you will kill yourself with this your lifestyle. Anyways, I have so many questions for you."

"Start talking!" I said.

"Guy, remember that day I was shouting WOW? That’s why I was shouting wow, bro. That babe just used me and went to marry," he said, sounding a bit sad.

"Stupid boy! How did she use you?!"


"For real, guy, she did. Don’t you remember when she came on holiday? Guess now it's obvious she came to shop for her wedding."

"Yeah, I remember. She told me she came to shop for her wedding," I replied.

"Well, she didn't tell me that. She said she just came to relax. Work had been stressful for her, so she just took some days off. At least that’s what she told me."

"I'm sure she had her reasons," I replied. "Besides, didn't you guys like each other at some point?"


"Exactly my point! Guy, she knew how much I liked her, and she was about to get married and didn't say a damn thing! I’m so mad!" he said.


I started getting confused.
